Last night Nate and the entire 3rd grade class performed the musical "Go West". Nate had his own small part (about 4 lines in a song) that he had to come up to the microphone & sing....here is a picture of him at the microphone. Yes, he actually sang but he did not enjoy it! I think this performance has been it was a HUGE stress for him. He was suppose to be in the front row of the group for the entire song & come up tot he microphone for his lines. He asked the teacher if he could stand in back & just come up for his lines & she agreed. That made him feel better. I am sure that it is a great relief to him to be done. He did a great job & it was fun to watch! Here is a clip of him singing his part...we are outside his school on our way home after the performance.
Josh went with me to see the musical. Jim stayed home with the little guys...we figured Ethan would never make it through the show. Here is a picture of Josh being goofy while we were waiting for the show to start.

No wonder Josh wears a face mask when he plays ball. Who would want to hurt a face like that.
